# Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at [oliveandopal.shop](https://oliveandopal.shop), operated by MCKINNEY LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC.

## 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible returns are free. Email jasudi_esfl@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable. Please wait for our instructions before sending an item back.

## Return condition and exceptions

Items should be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. This condition requirement does not apply to items that are defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error.

Personalized or made-to-order products, delivered digital products, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and products marked final sale are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the United States, United Kingdom, or your place of residence.

## Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact jasudi_esfl@outlook.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without additional return cost when the issue is confirmed.

## Refunds

After an authorized return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If it has not appeared after that period, email jasudi_esfl@outlook.com.

## Shipping and taxes

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is greater than US$30. Any shipping charge for orders of US$30 or less is displayed at checkout before payment. We do not ask customers to pay a separate tax or import-duty charge upon delivery; applicable amounts are included in the checkout total or handled by us where required by law. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by applicable law.
